Eva Birthistle can currently be seen on Sharon Horgan’s ‘Bad Sisters’ for Apple TV, in a lead role opposite Anne Marie Duff and Eve Hewson. Eva is best known for her role in Ken Loach’s ‘Ae Fond Kiss which saw her win a London Critics Circle Film Award. She also starred in the Oscar nominated ‘Brooklyn’ for John Crowley starring opposite Saiorse Ronan. She can currently be seen in the hit Netflix show ’The Last Kingdom’. She made her directorial debut earlier this year in the short film ‘Kathleen is Here’ starring Hazel Doupe, which she will take to festivals later this year.
